Wherever you decide to give birth, your environment can make a huge difference to your experience - and you deserve to have a positive labour and birth…

Empty hospital room with a single bed, medical equipment, and a chair next to a blue cushioned bench.

Your birth space doesn’t have to look like this….. And truth be told it might even hinder your labour!

Curious to learn why? Want to know how to create an environment that actually helps labour hormones flow, regardles of where you decide to birth your baby - home, hospital, or via Ceasarean? ( and no I am not just gonna be talking about candles and fairy lights, although they are nice too )

Well you are at the right place!

Special Guest: Marieke Captures! I am so excited to welcome a talented birth photographer Marieke, who will share her passion for capturing the raw and real moments of birth. She believes the journey to parenthood is an extraordinary story of love, courage, and strength, and birth photography beautifully preserves this incredible chapter of life. From the first breath to the first cry, her work celebrates the unfiltered beauty of birth—freezing these once-in-a-lifetime moments in time.

In this session, she’ll discuss how feeling safe, private, and undisturbed during birth allows for these intimate moments to unfold naturally, creating a space where memories can be captured in their truest form. If you’re curious about birth photography, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn more and ask any questions.
